Job#: 2028431

Job Description:
  • Current plan is to bring in a contract resource to work alongside an existing team member, supporting both of these projects. Both projects are currently in initial stages, but expected to pick up soon.
Project #1:
  • Federal employees program: This is a very important initiative that involves splitting out one of the postal worker counts into a separate group. It is an administratively challenging initiative, with a lot of internal touchpoints and groups. It must be completed by 1/1/25.
  • Requires a very strong PM who knows how to work across different groups. They need to be comfortable working with various levels and departments.
  • This project wont necessarily need Agile knowledge, and this doesnt need to be a technical person, but they do need to be a skilled project administrator.
Project #2:
  • Pharmacy experience: This project involves working in the digital space with MyBlue (member portal). They are updating functionality to meet market standards. They will be working closely with the CX team.
  • Needs a driving vs order-taker personality. This will represent a few changes, and requires collaboration from several business groups. They may need to be comfortable pushing back and being proactive to keep driving the project successfully. The ideal candidate would have experience being influential, working with different groups to manage change and get them on board with a new initiative. Please detail any experience the candidate has with this in the write up.
  • Ideal candidate will also have Scrum/ Agile experience and have experience in the Digital space.
Additional Notes:
  • Needs familiarity with Jira, PowerPoint, and presentations.
  • Health industry concepts may be helpful, but would definitely consider someone without it.
  • Location can be remote
