Job Description:

We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager with at least 8+ years of IT experience and strong Business Intelligence focused project experience. Previous Healthcare domain experience is highly preferred. Experience with Google Looker would also be a big plus.

- Extensive Business Intelligence (BI Automation) focused project experience

- Experience with Google Looker Preferred

- Previous experience with analytical focused project

- Agile Scrum methodology experience

**Notes from conversation today (10/16) with Hiring Manager:

I am looking for a Sr. PM that has experience leading data focused projects that also has great communication and a personality that can handle tough conversations and not need handholding. Someone that is a strong self-starter will definitely help.

Order of preferences if ranked:

1. IT Project Management, specifically scoping/planning AND implementation AND change management, experience

- Previous experience supporting projects that are data/ BI focused is desired. They can have more of a general Technical PM background, but need some data/ BI project experience.

2. Go-getter personality, self-starter, good personality, comfortable working in startup style environment, good partner and wants to create best practices, not just be told what to do, process improvement mindset

3. Experience working on data/ BI automation projects (Google Looker Nice to have)

4. Jira (or similar tool) + Confluence experience

5. Experience working in media/healthcare (nice to have)
