Overview:
Seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead complex module configurations across ITSM workflows, Service Catalog, ATF scripting, and scoped apps.
This is a hands-on build role with responsibility for producing high-quality, testable, and supportable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and configure ITSM modules: Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Request, MIM.
Develop advanced ATF scripts, form logic, flow designer components, and SLAs.
Configure Service Catalog items (including complex, multi-variable and approval flows).
Work closely with QA and Architect to ensure testing, deployment, and version control.
Optimize performance and minimize technical debt across customized modules.

Qualifications:
8+ years of ServiceNow development experience across ITSM and platform.
Proven experience building scoped applications and complex integrations.
Expert in ATF scripting, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
ITIL certification and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer strongly preferred.
