Senior Technology Lead for Anaplan Operational Workforce Planning. They work closely with business and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality Anaplan models and dashboards.

Anaplan Senior Tech Lead focus on the Anaplan platform plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable planning solutions. They are the driving force behind shaping and delivering solutions that leverage Anaplan to address intricate business challenges, particularly within areas like financial forecasting, sales planning, workforce planning, and Workforce optimization.

Key responsibilities
  • Leading the design, build, and deployment of Anaplan models aligned with business objectives.
  • Configuring and building applications to ensure adherence to Anaplan best practices and industry standards.
  • Optimizing Anaplan models for scalability and performance
  • Designing business logic and integration patterns within the Anaplan ecosystem.
  • Serving as a technical lead and coordinating Work with Offshore
  • Providing technical direction to the implementation team during Anaplan implementation projects.
  • Promoting Anaplan best practices and driving continuous improvement in the development process by following Agile methodology
  • Maintaining knowledge of the Anaplan platform vendor roadmap and direction.
  • Collaborating with clients to define project objectives, scope, and resource plans.
  • Translating business requirements into Anaplan functionality.
  • Facilitating stakeholder alignment and communication at various levels
  • Ensuring data integration between Anaplan and other enterprise systems
  • Working with data integration and migration teams to coordinate efforts.
  • Ensuring high data quality and analytical integrity in Anaplan models.
  • Supporting user acceptance testing and user training programs.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Anaplan OWP experience and some level of understanding of other module within Anaplan
  • 5 or more years of technical experience
  • Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel
  • Experience with unit testing and mocking
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP Certified
  • Anaplan Experienced
  • Six Sigma Certified
  • MBA or other Advanced Degree
  • Demonstrated ability running large scale projects
  • Experience with technology solutions assessments and/or strategy planning oversight

Work-At-Home Requirements
  • WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
  • A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
  • Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
  • A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$106,900 - $147,000 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
