Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in AI conversational technologies and MCP (Multi-Channel Platform) integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in full stack development using modern Java and JavaScript frameworks, with the ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications and intelligent conversational interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable web-based applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and React.js.

Integrate and enhance AI conversational capabilities within web applications.

Work with MCP platforms to enable seamless integration across digital channels.

Develop and consume RESTful APIs and work with microservices architecture.

Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS Cloud Services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and refine requirements.

Apply Agile methodologies to manage the software development life cycle.

Ensure code quality, reusability, and performance through effective testing and code reviews.

Required Skill Set:

6 8 years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate

Proficient in front-end technologies including React.js, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX

Experience with Node.js, npm, and other JS build tools

Solid experience in AI conversational technologies (e.g., Chatbots, NLP frameworks, Dialogflow, Rasa, etc.)

Good understanding of MCP (Multi-Channel Platform) integration strategies

Strong command of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.)

Experience with Redis Cache and XML/JSON data handling

Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud services

Familiar with Git/SVN version control systems

Knowledge of design patterns and ability to design modules independently

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to AI/ML platforms or toolkits is a plus

Experience in chatbot or voice assistant integration projects

Certification in AWS, Java, or AI technologies is a bonus
