RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX/UI Designer II in San Diego, CA. If you want to work for an award-winning workplace, then this is the position for you.
Duties:
* Delivers frameworks, principles, and designs on a broad range of projects to accelerate large initiatives and align stakeholders across different teams and business units
* Works on scalable platform solutions with velocity and rigor by leveraging and contributing to our company design system and innovating using new and existing tech capabilities
* Develops prototypes for evaluative research and works with other designers on ideal state prototypes
* Apply design thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize among user needs, business goals, and technological realities across web and mobile platforms
* Operates independently to drive design in partnership with many stakeholders across Design, Development, Product Management, Data/Analytics, Service Design
* Influence a broad audience through strong narratives and visualizing ideas
* Use facilitative leadership skills to drive to the best outcome for stakeholders, resulting in others learning from you, and inspiring others to want to work with you
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong user and advocate of the design process
* Knows when to use which tools and methodologies and actively teaches them to others
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
