JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking Appian Engineer to lead the designing and development, automating, and optimizing complex processes from start to finish. The applications building will improve workflows, unify data and optimize operations resulting in superior customer experiences.

• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Appian solutions.
• Design and develop Appian applications, including process models, data models, user interfaces, and integration with external systems.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to Appian best practices and standards, promoting code quality, performance optimization, and security.
• Perform code reviews, test case reviews, deployment reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards in Appian application development.
• Provide mentoring to other developers.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, quality assurance engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Stay up to date with the latest Appian releases, features, and industry trends, and evaluate their applicability to improve existing solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 10+ years of experience working for US companies in the US is a Must have.
• Must have 10+ Plus years of experience working with Appian.
• Must have 4+ plus years as a Senior designer / developer and must have worked on 4 or more end-to-end
• Appian BPM implementation projects. (Design/Develop/Deploy/Package).
• Must have Recent hands-on design and development experience on Appian(17x/18x/19x) BPM applications.
• Must have 4 plus years of experience writing SAIL code.
• Excellent experience with Appian Objects such as Records, Sites, Actions, Security, Expression Rules, Constants,
• Query Rules, Web API, Interface Rules, CDTs, Process Models. Constants, Decisions, Integrations, Connected Systems, Data Stores, Groups, etc.
• Must have Experience working with Appian Tempo .
• Experience working in an insurance environment is a big plus.
• Must have 3+ years of experience in all phases of software development for large-scale business-critical applications following Agile methodologies.
• Must have 4+ years of experience in the design and implementation of SOAP and REST Web Service.
• Must have 4+ year of experience as a senior working with users to gather and refine requirements.
• Certified Level 2 Appian Developer or Certified Level 3 Appian Developer big Plus
  Java development experience is a strong plus.
• Exposure to programming languages WebSphere, Mule, LAMP/JBOSS, HADOOP, Java, Microsoft/.Net is preferred.
• Mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices for elevated Appian application development.
