Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Onestream Technical Consultant to drive the integration and optimization of our enterprise finance management platform. This role focuses on unifying finance and operational data, leveraging AI-driven insights, and ensuring seamless Onestream connectivity for strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, oversee complex integrations, and enable AI-powered financial workflows across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of Onestream integrations with enterprise finance systems.
  • Architect scalable solutions for real-time financial and operational data streaming.
  • Enable AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling through optimized data pipelines.
  • Provide technical leadership during live financial presentations and virtual events.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT leadership to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Develop best practices, documentation, and training for technical teams.
  • Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems integration and technical leadership.
  • Expertise in Onestream platform and enterprise finance tools (Oracle ERP, SAP, Workday).
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts applied to finance (predictive analytics, anomaly detection).
  • Proficiency in API integration, data streaming protocols, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with financial planning tools and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of data governance, security compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Exposure to AI-driven finance automation and predictive modeling.
Certifications
  • Onstream platform certification (if available).
  • Finance-related certifications (CFA, FP&A) or cloud certifications.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Integration success rate and system uptime (99.9%).
  • Accuracy and timeliness of financial data streaming.
  • Reduction in latency for real-time reporting.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction and adoption metrics.
  • Compliance adherence and audit readiness.
