Overview:

The Salesforce Architect at DynPro will be a pivotal leader in our Salesforce practice, bringing deep technical expertise and strategic solution architecture capabilities to deliver comprehensive Salesforce solutions.

This role requires a blend of strong technical skills in Salesforce technologies (such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration patterns) and strategic acumen to guide clients through complex Salesforce implementations.

The successful candidate will not only lead the technical direction but also manage client relationships, program initiatives, and contribute to the growth of our Salesforce practice.

Responsibilities:

* Lead Salesforce technical and solution architecture across multiple client engagements, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

* Demonstrate strong expertise in Salesforce's core technologies, including Apex, LWC, and Salesforce API integrations, to guide the technical team, review code, and contribute to or review independent PoCs as needed.

* Oversee Salesforce release management processes, ensuring best practices are followed for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) within Salesforce environments.

* Architect solutions within Sales and Service Cloud, deeply understanding business processes such as sales cycles, case management, customer service operations, and more. Detailing these processes in technical solutions will be crucial.

* Manage Salesforce integrations with other technologies, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across systems.

* Lead and grow the onsite Salesforce practice, including team management, project management, and strategic planning to expand our Salesforce capabilities and offerings.

* Foster strong client relationships, with excellent communication and customer-facing skills, including experience working with C-level executives.

* Be willing to travel as required for client engagements and have the flexibility to work onsite or in a hybrid model in the Bay Area.
