We're hiring a Lead Business Analyst to drive end-to-end requirements management for key reporting and transformation initiatives in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring high-quality documentation, validation, and vendor coordination.
Responsibilities:

Own the full lifecycle of requirements from gathering to sign-off

Prepare and maintain BRDs and ensure traceability

Collaborate with vendors to clarify, validate, and finalize business requirements

Participate in QA validation and ensure alignment with business goals

Review vendor interpretations and escalate misalignments promptly
Preferred Experience:

Prior experience with Guidewire Claims Center, Policy Center, or Billing Center

Strong background in insurance data and reporting systems

Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
