Identity Administrator
Concord , New Hampshire
Seeking an Identity Administrator that will monitor and analyze Help Desk requests, perform initial triage, evaluation, second tier resolution and or transfers to a senior level technician.
Requirements- Experience with SMB network scanning including Windows File Server management, Folder, and Share security.
- Experience with Network Printing Administration to include deployments, removals, scanning and troubleshooting
- Windows Active Directory Identity Administration AND Azure Active Directory Identity Administration to ensure proper understanding of the enterprise relationships between users, computers, and other endpoints.
- Previous State or Government Experience is nice to have but not a must.
