Job Description:

We are seeking a Cost Financial Analyst to join our client s Finance team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and cost analysis within the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret large financial data sets under tight deadlines

  • Develop revenue, manufacturing cost, and gross margin reports using standard cost

  • Forecast variance and manufacturing spending accounts

  • Improve Oracle system processes and automate reconciliations

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial projects

  • Assist in worldwide revenue close and R&D spend forecasting

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Accounting (Public Accounting a plus)

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities

  • Semiconductor industry experience preferred
