Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly accomplished Technical Delivery Manager with excellent communication, leadership, and technical delivery expertise. This role requires a results-driven professional capable of managing multiple technology teams, ensuring seamless project execution, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The selected candidate will play a key leadership role representing our organization at the client site, driving delivery excellence, innovation, and operational efficiency across diverse technical areas. The individual should have a solid understanding of enterprise-level applications, cloud technologies, support environments, and modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple project and support teams, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Serve as the primary delivery contact for the client, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Coordinate effectively between onshore and offshore teams, providing direction, removing roadblocks, and ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Oversee project planning, resource management, and execution across onsite and offshore teams.
  • Provide technical and operational guidance to teams working on a range of modern and legacy systems.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define priorities, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement across all delivery streams.
  • Drive communication and coordination between cross-functional teams and leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years of overall IT experience, including delivery and people management.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery across multiple technology areas.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform) and enterprise Java applications.
  • Familiarity with front-end and AI-driven systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
  • Experience working with global delivery models (onshore offshore).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in managing delivery for large-scale enterprise clients.
  • Exposure to modern development frameworks and support models.
  • PMP, ITIL, or Agile certification preferred.
