Job Title: Workday Solution Architect (Extend)
Location: Remote

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and Design Workday Solutions: Define and implement scalable Workday architecture across HCM, integrations, and reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Lead Client Engagements: Act as the primary liaison with clients, gathering requirements, presenting solution designs, and providing strategic guidance on Workday best practices.
- Integration Strategy & Development Oversight: Oversee design and development of integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Orchestrate, ensuring robust and secure data flows.
- Extend & Custom Solutions: Guide development of custom applications using Workday Extend, including PMD scripting, orchestration flows, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Reporting & Analytics Leadership: Architect advanced Workday reports, Calculated Fields, and data conversion strategies to meet complex business needs.
- Governance & Compliance: Establish integration standards, enforce security protocols, and maintain documentation for all architectural and development activities.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Mentorship & Team Leadership: Provide guidance to integration developers and functional consultants, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and project timelines.
