- Must have a current DoD 8670 IAT Level II Certification (ex: Security+)

The Customer Support Administrator supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
- Conduct day-to-day administration of hardware, software, network and users
- Provide in person and Phone Support to MDA End user troubleshooting Computers, Printers, Software, Operating Systems, and Office Products.
- Install Hardware at End Users offices (Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, etc)
- Professional behavior and dress required.
- Contribute to large scale Projects and Events.
