Summary

This designer will collaborate with internal and external design teams to complete individual projects by leveraging design processes and best practices to ensure the creative intent, design deliverables, timelines and budgets are met. We are looking for someone who shares our drive and agility to explore the new; who is passionate and determined to create boundary-breaking experiences.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, or related fields.
• At least 8 years of experience in architectural, experiential, or brand design.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead design teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• International experience beneficial.
• Retail industry experience desired, retail environments, concepts and programs. Knowledge of store environments and their consumer impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine design components for immersive retail environments, ensuring alignment with global creative direction.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver design solutions that meet creative intent, timelines, and budgets.
• Present design concepts through 3D models, 2D drawings, and detailed presentations to stakeholders.
• Enhance retail concepts and product presentations, aligning with brand experience and storytelling.
• Lead design processes focusing on color, materiality, and spatial design to elevate consumer experiences.
• Partner with design leaders to ensure project goals align with brand and business strategies.
