Job Summary We are seeking a Data Project Manager to lead and support data-related and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams, implementing project plans, and driving change management strategies. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to ensure successful project execution across diverse industries and environments. Key Responsibilities Formulate and implement project plans tailored to client environments and scopes. Lead projects independently or as part of a team, guiding consultants and clients toward success. Operate across various industries, building client knowledge and credibility. Design and execute readiness assessments and present findings clearly. Execute plans in alignment with business leaders and employee-facing managers. Proactively manage risks and navigate challenges effectively. Develop change leadership strategies and assess impact across stakeholder groups. Identify risks, anticipate resistance, and implement mitigation plans. Lead team status and sprint calls, organize and prioritize work, and report progress. Assist in clearing blockers and tying project threads together. Document processes and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications Minimum 4 years of project management experience, specifically in data-related or digital transformation projects. 4+ years of experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Ability to travel up to 25%. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading data delivery teams. PMP or related certifications. Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and development methodologies. Demonstrated leadership and career growth through process improvement initiatives. Undergraduate or graduate degree preferred. Certifications PMP or equivalent (preferred). Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Project Management Professional
