Role Overview:
Were seeking a skilled and independent Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the implementation of our new Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solution. This is a net-new implementation, migrating from an existing solution, and is central to optimizing our overall Third-Party Risk Management and streamlining the onboarding and procurement lifecycle.
Reporting directly to the ServiceNow Platform Manager, youll be instrumental in the technical delivery of the TPRM solution. This includes configuring risk questionnaires and scoring, developing intricate business rules and workflows, orchestrating data flows, and building critical reports. Youll work closely with our Technical Product Manager, Lead Developer, Engineering Manager, and consulting partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Candidate Qualifications
- Deep Expertise in ServiceNow GRC/TPRM: Proven experience implementing and customizing ServiceNows Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solution, specifically within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) suite.
- Core TPRM Configuration: Strong ability to implement and configure core TPRM functionalities, including:
- Inherent Risk Questionnaires (IRQ)
- Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ)
- Risk Assessment methodologies
- Risk Score Calculations
- Advanced Workflow & Automation: Demonstrated experience developing complex business rules, client scripts, and workflow logic to drive risk management processes, including the assignment of due diligence questionnaires and approvals.
- Integration Savvy: Practical experience using and developing with ServiceNows Integration Hub and Spokes, and Flow Designer for orchestrating events and data exchange.
- Reporting & Portal Acumen:
- Proficiency in developing Platform Analytics (Reporting) for GRC/TPRM, translating business needs into actionable dashboards and metrics.
- Experience with Employee Center Portal configuration and Widget Development to enhance the user experience for TPRM processes.
- Service Level (SLA) Configuration: Ability to configure and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) relevant to TPRM processes.
- Independent Problem-Solver: Proven ability to work independently, interpret user stories and technical specifications, and proactively identify and propose solutions for implementation challenges.
