Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and survey platforms (e.g., Microsoft Forms).
Experience managing SharePoint sites and publishing content for diverse audiences.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.
Understand and evaluate data collection methods and sources to determine feasibility and completeness.
Identify gaps in data and recommend strategies for improved data capture aligned with program goals.
Link and synthesize data from multiple systems to generate insights on program effectiveness and outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data strategies align with strategic objectives and reporting needs.
Experience working with international teams or global programs.
Familiarity with regulatory affairs or healthcare compliance.
Roles and responsibilities of Data Analyst
Design and implement frameworks for collecting and organizing program-related data
Create and manage surveys to assess program effectiveness and stakeholder engagement
Analyze survey results to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to visualize program performance.
Create executive-level dashboards that highlight key metrics and strategic impact.
Present data insights in a clear, compelling format for leadership and stakeholders
Refine and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
