KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING AMONG OTHERS- Accountable for landscape management, availability and performance of all SAP systems.- Maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP landscapes, configurations, and procedures.- Coordinate with different teams in installation, maintenance and upgrades of SAP systems.- Support SAP systems throughout the lifecycle of projects from time to time.- Plan and execute SAP system upgrades and apply patches as necessary to keep systems up-to-date and secure.- Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems to minimize data loss in case of failures.- Provide technical upgrades functional and technical enhancements.- Troubleshoot problems with connectivity, web services, and overall aspects of the SAP solution.- Continuously identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.- Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations team and service providers- Drive for continuous improvement as a team member
