Job Details
Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Finastra Fusion Global PAYplus (GPP) to support digital transformation initiatives in the banking and financial services domain.
Must work closely with stakeholders to evaluate current processes, define customer requirements, configure GPP workflows and develop innovative payment solutions.
Conduct current state assessments and analyze high-level customer requirements.
Define business solutions aligned with organizational goals and develop business cases.
Work on Finastra GPP configuration,business rules, profile setups, GPP logs/database analysis.
Perform detailed gap analysis and propose scalable solutions for identified gaps.
Configure and implement GPP flows using available system parameters and business rules.
Set up business entities, offices, and end-to-end workflows within GPP.
Perform simulation, triage, and resolution of issues raised by end-users or stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentation.
Collaborate with business units, vendors, technical teams to align solutions with business needs.
Provide ongoing support and respond to functional queries regarding payment flows.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Finastra Fusion Global PAYplus (GPP).
In-depth understanding of GPP architecture, flow logic, and database structures.
Experience with business rule/profile configuration, reading and interpreting GPP logs.
Familiarity with payment schemes and standards such as RTGS, SEPA, BACS, Faster Payments, FedWire, and ISO 20022.
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Business Requirements Analysis and end-to-end payments processing.
Exposure to payment modernization or migration projects.
Understanding of compliance and regulatory standards in the banking sector.
