Location: CA-Santa Clara, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Crew project management associates help control the scope, schedule, and cost of projects, while building skills to grow into roles as project and program managers.
Responsibilities:
Training Deployment Support
Support and assume ownership of activities related to deployment of the ComplianceWire LMS
Review and update training procedures to ensure alignment with ComplianceWire requirements
Meeting Coordination and Stakeholder Support
Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate meetings between the ComplianceWire team, UL representatives, and business partners
Maintain organized agendas, notes, action items, and follow-ups
Training Data Migration Preparation
Coordinate preparation, collection, and validation of training records and data for migration into ComplianceWire
Track data quality issues and work with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
Communication Management
Draft and manage clear, concise communications to support the deployment and explain upcoming changes to impacted users
Ensure timely distribution of updates, FAQs, and training guidance
Training Curriculum Review and Approval
Coordinate review and approval of ComplianceWire training plans and curricula with designated process owners
Track progress, follow up on outstanding approvals, and maintain documentation
Go-Live and Post-Deployment Support
Support the Go-Live process for ComplianceWire
Provide assistance to teams during deployment, troubleshoot basic questions, and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field (entry level candidates encouraged to apply)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in training coordination, LMS administration, operations, compliance, or related internship/academic project experience
Familiarity with ComplianceWire or other Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus, but not required
Prior exposure to regulated industries (MedTech, Pharma, Healthcare, Manufacturing) preferred but not required
The salary range for this role is $66,560 to $72,500 or the hourly equivalent.
