Job Title: Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to coordinate and manage Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and ensure smooth delivery of products and solutions. The RTE will act as a servant leader and coach, facilitating program-level events and processes, removing obstacles, and helping teams deliver value consistently.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and manage Agile Release Train (ART) events such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Coordinate with Product Management, System Architects, and Business Owners to align vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Support multiple agile teams to ensure smooth delivery, manage risks, and resolve cross-team dependencies.
- Monitor and track progress, metrics, and delivery schedules across the ART.
- Promote continuous improvement and guide teams on Agile and SAFe best practices.
- Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and helping teams stay focused on delivering business value.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders and teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of overall experience with at least 3+ years as a Release Train Engineer, Program Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles.
- Experience in facilitating large-scale agile events and working with multiple cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
