Location: MN-Anoka, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Crew software engineering associates use a variety of technologies in Agile and lean startup methodologies to automate manual processes, create microsites, learn new technologies, and everything in between.
Responsibilities:
Support the launch of a new product line
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across supply chain, IT, and planning
Solve sophisticated system and process challenges with autonomy
Influence operational efficiency and scalability through hands-on leadership
Be trusted to execute with precision, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility
Qualifications:
Proven experience with ERP systems (JDE preferred)
Strong understanding of MRP and demand planning workflows
Outstanding project management skills with a bias for execution
Clear and confident communication across technical and business teams
High sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
Ability to document and improve supply chain processes
Experience in supply chain transformation or ERP implementation
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
