Desktop Engineer
Stamford, CT (onsite)
12+ Month Contract
As a Desktop Engineer, you'll provide professional consulting services covering End User Computing (EUC) on a Time and Materials basis. You'll be the go-to person for EUC support, ensuring smooth operations for Authorized Users.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support for EUC Equipment and EUC Software, resolving Incidents and Problems.
- Coordinate with the Service Desk to offer Level 2 and Level 3 Support.
- Maintain adherence to enterprise security and data privacy policies.
- Offer Remote Access Services support to Authorized Users.
- Provide Trader/VIP Support Walk Up Service Center Solution.
- Deploy and support EUC Software in the Desktop Environment.
- Generate periodic reports on software distribution and installation.
- Support IMACs requirements for EUC equipment and software.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in Desktop Engineering or similar roles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for EUC Equipment and Software.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work on-site in Stamford, CT.
- Familiarity with service desk operations.
- Knowledge of change management processes is a plus.
