Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

As Lead Data Minimization Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization executes critical data minimization and governance activities. This role will facilitate projects and design processes used to enhance current processes to better achieve data minimization and governance practice outcomes. In addition, this role will interact with management and provide guidance on changes to the program and related processes. Collaboration across multiple departments will be a key part of the daily responsibilities. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Program manage critical CDO data governance programs.
  • Organize and facilitate enterprise-wide data governance projects.
  • Develop and lead governance dashboarding activities across data minimization, data transfers, and other critical data processes.
  • Support the enterprise data minimization program.
  • Develop and implement governance control points.
  • Enhance data minimization and data governance policies and procedures.
  • Develop and support data governance control points as directed by management.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred Bachelor of Science/Information Systems/Bachelor of Administration degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8 years of Project/Program Management experience
  • Strong project management mentality
  • Familiarity with data minimization principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in data privacy, data protection, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, or related credentials.
  • Experience with data management platforms and tools.
  • Previous experience in a compliance or regulatory role.
  • Knowledge of data anonymization and pseudonymization techniques.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint,
  • Project Resourceful and able to coordinate teams.
  • PMP / Agile Certification preferred
