Job Description
We are hiring a Software Quality Lead to ensure that our products meet end-user requirements and our high standards. This role involves working with tools and technologies such as Azure DevOps, MS Visual Studio, ServiceNow, SAP, web technologies, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum Qualifications
* Atleast 10 - 12 years of overall and 3-5 years of experience leading software testing projects
* Strong expertise in software testing methodologies, best practices, and tools
* Proven project management and leadership skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Desired Skills and Experience
* Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
* SAP testing experience is a plus
What You Will Be Doing:
* Own and ensure testing deliverables meet standards, quality expectations, and end-user requirements.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
* Define and facilitate test strategies and scenarios.
* Develop comprehensive test plans with input from developers, analysts, and process experts.
* Lead and manage test execution across multiple project teams, ensuring progress is tracked daily.
* Oversee and streamline the bug lifecycle, proactively removing blockers to maintain test flow.
* Generate test reports and dashboards to provide insights into quality metrics and testing progress.
* Own the delivery of testing phase of the project/program
* Work closely with teams to continuously improve testing standards and best practices.
* Collaborate with Automation Specialists to integrate manual test scripts into automation strategies.
* Champion a quality-first mindset and advocate for Quality & Automation, DevOps principles, including CI/CD.
* Coach and mentor teams on software quality best practices in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
* Embrace Agile/SCRUM and DevOps methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
