Position: SAP HR & Concur Specialist

Location: 100% Onsite (Chattanooga or Knoxville - Tennessee)

Duration: 13 Months Contract

Client: Deloitte/ Tennessee Valley Authority

W2 ONLY

Job Description:

  • 7-8 years of experience in SAP HR (SuccessFactors or ECC HCM, Mini Master in S4 HANA) and SAP Concur, supporting the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live.
  • Configure and integrate organizational structures, position management, job requisition processes, and employee self-service features within SAP HR modules.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective travel and expense workflows in SAP Concur, ensuring alignment with finance and HR controls .
  • Support ongoing administration: manage user roles, data synchronization, and master data activities across HR and Concur platforms.
  • Conduct workshops and training for end-users and stakeholders across both HR and expense management processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, manage escalations, and perform regression testing during upgrades or system enhancements.
  • Collaborate across IT, HR, and finance to ensure seamless integrations, data consistency, and process compliance.
  • Document configurations, business processes, and test cases for audit and continuous improvement purposes.
  • Support ongoing operations, troubleshoot issues, and resolve support tickets related to the SAP HR + Concur module
