Compensation:
Pay Range: $35.00-$43.00 Per HR
Description:
Design, manage, and expedite IT projects to integrate systems and processes.
Support employees in resolving IT, AV, and communication system issues.
Assist with IT inventory, purchasing, asset management, and onboarding processes.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and other technical issues.
Develop and document best practices to enhance troubleshooting processes.
Manage vendor relationships to provide application support.
Engage with organizational partners to address technical concerns proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and drive IT projects for system integration.
Provide support in resolving IT-related problems.
Assist in managing IT inventory and key processes.
Troubleshoot technical issues hands-on.
Document and develop best practices for troubleshooting.
Manage relationships with vendors for application support.
Develop processes for security and automation improvements.
Qualifications:
Experience with generic office productivity suites.
Experience in supporting operating systems.
Familiarity with issue tracking systems.
Knowledge of identity management systems.
Understanding of communication platforms.
