Position Summary:
In this role, you will be part of the UX Research team, where you will identify and conduct
various research methods to inform what we create for cloud-based solutions. Every day, you will be the voice of our clients with UX designers, product managers, and developers. Youre on a constant mission to understand them better by analyzing research data and asking key questions that inform our product and design decisions.
You help our developers better understand their clients so that they can build a better product.
To thrive in this role, you should be able to run evaluative research, from planning to data
collection to synthesis and presentation. You have experience crafting unmoderated research
studies, conducting research interviews, and doing basic survey creation and analysis. Were
looking for an out-of-the-box thinker with a hunger to try new things and a passion for impact.

What You'll Do:
Heres what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a UX Researcher.
Create Human Empathy. When it comes to humans and how they interact with
technology to do their jobs, you're the conduit between them and product development
teams. You bring the voice of people into the teams.
Collaboration. You'll work each day with people from across the product development
team, that are both co-located and geographically distributed, in a fast-paced
environment to understand issues and communicate user priorities.
Recruit ; Collect. Having experience with a variety of methods such as usability
testing, surveying and interviews, you'll recruit and manage participants for your
research and collect quantitative and qualitative data to meet product goals and support
data-driven design.
Analysis Synthesis. You're able to analyze data from a variety of sources and turn it
into meaningful research insights. You synthesize research findings and priortize based
on the project goals.
Variety of work. There is no typical day. You could be working on anything from data
collection to interviews or analysis. You are learning how to apply different methods
based on the situation.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Your prior experience in user experience research with software, web, and/or mobile
applications, along with experience with research and analysis tools like UserTesting,
Maze, Qualtrics, Figma, Miro, etc, will give you the foundation in this role to be
successful.
Your familiarity with UX research methods such as usability testing (unmoderated and
moderated), interviews, and surveys is required.
Ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones and countries is
embedded in our culture.
An advanced degree in Human Computer Interaction or a related discipline is'nt required
but could set you apart.
