Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Developer with extensive experience in PL/SQL and proficiency in .NET Core (6.0) and C#. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing robust database and application solutions while adhering to best practices in coding and performance. Experience in life insurance and cloud development practices will be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
  • Inspect, analyze, and document current database functionality for optimization and enhancement.
  • Optimize and fine-tune SQL queries and application performance for scalability and reliability.
  • Develop and support application logic using .NET Core 6.0 and C#.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Follow best practices in cloud development (if applicable) and ensure security, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain thorough technical documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of hands-on application development experience.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and performance tuning.
  • Strong background in .NET Core 6.0 and C# programming.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience/certifications).
  • Experience with cloud-based development practices (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
