Location: MN-Minneapolis, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Crew business analysis associates help determine business and technology needs, design solutions, improve processes, and represent stakeholders in project efforts.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the new product project development teams and be a contributor for the test strategy and plan
Aid in the ongoing monitoring of administrative systems including baselining and regression efforts
Assist in the design, development, maintenance, application, and testing of validation tools and/or platforms
Develop detailed product expertise for all lines of business and leverage that expertise to provide a business focused approach to testing efforts
Assist in the expansion/automation of overall testing efforts
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience required
Four-year degree required
Intermediate to advanced skills with SQL (or related query types)
Advanced Excel skills (VBA, Power Query, Index Match)
Strong background in financial mathematics or advanced mathematical concepts
The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $105,000 or the hourly equivalent.
