Description

Our client, a local technology consultant with a Nationwide footprint, partners with manufacturers with end-to-end technology sourcing, configuration, lifecycle and supply chain management solutions.

They are seeking a Director of Digital Technology to lead digital transformation initiatives that support operational efficiency, scalability, and an enhanced customer experience. This role is part of the leadership team and partners closely with executives and business stakeholders.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the development and execution of a digital and technology strategy aligned with multi-year growth goals
  • Drive modernization across core systems, including ERP optimization, customer-facing platforms, supplier integrations, AI-enabled solutions, and financial process automation
  • Ensure internal systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with business priorities
  • Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies that improve efficiency and data visibility
  • Establish performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track technology impact and outcomes
  • Manage the technology budget and build business cases for strategic investments
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to translate business needs into practical technical solutions
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technology team, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives

Requirements

What We're Looking For
  • 7-10 years of experience in technology, digital, or IT leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of enterprise systems and ERP platforms (experience supporting and enabling users is important)
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Experience driving digital transformation and process improvement initiatives
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborative, decisive, and growth-oriented leadership style
