Job Title: Lead Mainframe Systems Programmer
Location: Remote
Type: C2C / W2

Job Description:
We re looking for a Lead Mainframe Systems Programmer with deep expertise in enterprise security, workload automation, and change management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in z/OS environments, leading modernization and migration projects, and ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end mainframe migration and modernization
- Manage enterprise RACF / ACF2 security and compliance processes.
- Oversee CA-7 / IBM Z Workload Scheduler (IZWS) job automation and optimization.
- Administer and enhance Endevor / Changeman for version control and deployments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth upgrades and transitions.
- Mentor junior programmers and enforce best practices in system security and automation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in mainframe systems programming.
- Strong hands-on experience with RACF, ACF2, CA-7, IZWS, Endevor, Changeman and Connect:Direct.
- Proven leadership in large-scale mainframe migration / modernization
- Solid understanding of z/OS, SMP/E, TSO/ISPF, COBOL, JCL, and REXX
