Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Product Owner with strong Solution Architect experience to lead the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of our Salesforce Data Cloud platform. This hybrid role blends strategic ownership with deep technical knowledge to design and implement scalable customer data solutions that unify, enrich, and activate customer profiles for personalized engagement across all channels.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, data engineering, and analytics to ensure that the Data Cloud platform delivers maximum business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Salesforce Data Cloud product roadmap, aligning it with business goals for customer data management, personalization, and omni-channel engagement.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features and write clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Engage with stakeholders across marketing, sales, service, and IT to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Define KPIs and success metrics related to customer data quality, activation, and campaign effectiveness.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams.

• Architect end-to-end customer data solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities including data ingestion, unification, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
• Design integrations between Data Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external systems.
• Develop and enforce best practices for data governance, privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and security.
• Provide technical guidance on data modeling, event streaming, real-time data processing, and audience segmentation.
• Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to ensure data pipelines, APIs, and CDP features are scalable and performant.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or product management roles focused on customer data platforms or CRM solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or similar CDP platforms.
• Strong solution architecture skills, including experience with data modeling, integration patterns, and API-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with data privacy laws and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of working in Agile environments and managing complex cross-team projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Salesforce certifications such as:
  • Data Cloud Consultant
  • Marketing Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Administrator/Platform Developer
  • Data Architect
• Product Owner Certification (Any one is nice to have)
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner(CSPO)
  • SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (SAFe POPM)
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud integrations.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data lakes, and cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, Datorama).
