  • Lead and contribute to AV-related projects, including new office build-outs, technology refreshes, and the development of AV service roadmaps and future standards.
  • Manage and admin the company's Zoom platform, including user and rooms provisioning and troubleshooting, feature deployment, security compliance, and licensing.
  • Provide advanced support and continuous maintenance for all conference and collaborative space technology, including Zoom Rooms, Mac Minis, and room controllers, and perform troubleshooting for meeting and room issues.
  • Create and maintain an accurate inventory of all AV devices across all offices, and develop hardware refresh plans based on lifecycle, performance, and operational needs. • Proactively monitor, manage, and troubleshoot installed AV systems to ensure high reliability and minimal downtime for all users.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, systems diagrams, and user-facing guides for all AV services.
  • Provide professional and discreet "white-glove" support for executive meeting spaces and essential daily AV needs.
  • As needed, act as a technical resource for key internal communications broadcasts, company-wide meetings, and executive offsites, focusing on system reliability, operational workflows, and setup/configuration of Zoom Events.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a professional audiovisual role.
  • 3+ years of experience in AV infrastructure design, deployment, or project management.
  • Expertise in the administration of the Zoom platform, including Zoom Meetings, Zoom Rooms, and Zoom Events.
  • Proven experience providing executive-level white-glove support.
  • Expertise in managing and troubleshooting networked AV systems (e.g., Neat, Dante, Q-SYS, Crestron NVX).
  • Experience with remote AV device management platforms such as Neat Pulse or Logitech Sync.
  • Working knowledge and experience administering the Google Workspace (G-Suite) Admin console.
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and AV-over-IP troubleshooting.
