Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
- Utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deploy and manage AI/ML solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and work on multi-agent systems.
- Apply deep learning techniques to enhance model performance.
- Leverage data engineering and data science expertise to process and analyze large datasets.
- Demonstrate creative and analytical thinking to develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong communication skills (2-5 years preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience with GenAI and Agentic AI.
- Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies (at least 1 year).
- 5-10 years of experience in data engineering and data science.
- 2-5 years of experience in deep learning.
- 5-10 years of experience in machine learning and Python programming.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and multi-agent systems (at least 1 year).
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
