Job Description
In this critical role, you will be the Test Automation Product Owner, responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering on the automated testing roadmap for the Common Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (CISR) product line. You will act as the voice of the customer and business stakeholders, ensuring that our CISR automated tests remain stable, perform optimally, and continue to evolve to meet changing business needs within an Agile framework.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Test Automation Product Owner, your responsibilities will include:
Lead a team of test automation engineers, providing technical guidance, development roadmap, mentorship, coaching to ensure the team's success
Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for CISR automated testing, aligning with overall business objectives across programs
Manage the design, development, testing, and maintenance of test automation scripts, ensuring high-quality results and timely delivery
Ensure appropriate use-cases are defined upfront and test methodologies maximize integration testing, regression and timely test data analysis
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams, including Systems Engineering, product management, design, software development, and SI&T to identify and prioritize project requirements
Develop and manage technical project plans and resource allocation plans to ensure successful project delivery
Coordinate with customer stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations, and ensure that solutions meet their needs
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, product management, and other engineering teams
Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Working with other Product Owners to ensure smooth hand-off between teams and understanding of cross-team impacts
Engaging with leadership to report status and escalate risks/issues to drive to a quick resolution

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
