The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.

? What You'll Do:
- Validate and test fiber optic cabling and Cat6 Ethernet infrastructure
- Perform splicing, termination, and physical layer validation
- Follow and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborate with a growing team in a schedule-driven environment
? What You Bring:
- Strong experience with Cat6 Ethernet and fiber validation
- Familiarity with structured cabling standards
- Ability to work independently and integrate seamlessly into a team
- Clear documentation and process improvement mindset
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Greenfield deployments
- Knowledge of network documentation tools or cable management systems
- Interest in contributing to team scaling and hiring discussions
Work Environment:
- Data center setting - 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a)
- PPE provided: high-vis vest, safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, hard hat
- Composite-toed boots required (reimbursed up to $100)
- Work with limited oversight and high autonomy
