Job Description

We are seeking experienced Data Management Analysts to join a dynamic team focused on commercial lending data operations. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in data provisioning, distribution, and standardization within a commercial banking environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement data provisioning strategies to support business needs.
  • Standardize and conform data sets across multiple systems to ensure consistency and usability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance across platforms.
  • Support data distribution processes and ensure timely delivery to stakeholders.
  • Work with systems such as iHub, WICS, and WICDR to manage commercial lending data.
  • Participate in data quality assessments and remediation efforts.
  • Document data flows, processes, and technical specifications.


Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in data management, preferably within a commercial banking or financial services environment.
  • Moderate to advanced SQL skills, with the ability to write and troubleshoot complex queries.
  • Hands-on experience with data provisioning and distribution.
  • Familiarity with commercial lending systems such as iHub, WICS, and WICDR.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Prior experience in commercial lending data operations is highly preferred.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working within a large financial institution.
  • Understanding of data governance and compliance standards.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and reporting platforms.
