Job Details

  • Title: Change Management Specialist
  • Location: Mossville, IL Building AC (Fully onsite, 5 days/week)
  • Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct change impact assessments and needs analyses
  • Develop and execute change management plans
  • Facilitate workshops and working team meetings
  • Create internal communications and change artifacts
  • Influence stakeholders and guide adoption of change
  • Measure change adoption using surveys, interviews, and focus groups

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 5+ years in understand Organizational Change Management, transformation leadership, or strategic communication
  • Education: Associate s degree required; Bachelor s preferred (Master s accepted with 2 3 years experience)

  • Top Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication- very good
  • Ability to lead without authority
  • Problem-solving and adaptability- guiding people through change, influencing
  • Technical: Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel; knowledge of change management principles
  • Soft Skills: Independent, persuasive, confident in presentations/workshops

Team & Environment

  • Internal change management office supporting enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Team includes senior leads and specialists; mentorship provided
  • Fast-paced, collaborative, and highly visible role across divisions

Disqualifiers

  • No experience in Organizational Change Management
  • Unwillingness to work onsite full-time
