The Work: We are looking for someone who loves getting their hands dirty with all aspects of code development, wearing multiple development hats whenever possible. The work includes the maintenance and organization of massive datasets, collaboration with various partners, and dynamic requirements.

Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
Job Location: Remote (must reside in the United States)
What You Will Do: You will be working on a team with varying upstream and downstream collaborators with enormous potential for skillset expansion and growth.
- You may be required to participate in periodic drug testing and background checks per government customer's needs.
- Team core work hours are 11am - 4pm Eastern Time with the option to start earlier or work later depending on your time zone.
- Travel for a conference or to another ICF location for collaboration may be required once per year.
- This position requires that the job be performed in the United States. If you accept this position, note that ICF monitors employee work locations, blocks access from foreign locations/foreign IP addresses, and prohibits personal VPN connections.

- Highly effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and proactive interpersonal skills to interface effectively within an agile team.
- Organized, detailed oriented, product-minded and able to prioritize and multi-task.
What You Will Bring With You:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science or related field)
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering
- 4+ years of experience with Java, SQL, AWS, Python, and Terraform
- Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
- Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
- Candidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years
What We Would Like You to Bring With You:
- Experience working with Snowflake.
- Experience working on a project using the Agile or Scaled Agile Frameworks.
- Experience on a software development team building modern software products.
