Job Details
Systems Implementation Project Manager
Location: Princeton, NJ hybrid (possible remote for a rockstar)
Top skills:
Implementation of a system/tool (specific tool not required but i.e. SAP, a source-to-pay tool, other procurement tools, etc.) - overall good understanding of all their tools
Strong project management that can strategize (i.e. budgets, time, resources, etc.) but also hands-on i.e. UAT, testing, training (not coder)
1st responsibility is to look at the current state mapping (using i.e. Visio or other tools). Understand what should the business future state should look like align different tools (i.e. what is a dotted line today and should be a soldi line in the future)
Work with stakeholders to understand the scope of work, what they need, and whether there s a gap in that today
Strong reporting skills back to the Manager, and also creating status update reports with the ability to report back to C-suite (this is the info - this is what the mapping is - these is suggestions - we need to improve this portion of i.e. SAP, integrate this, etc.)
Once above task is complete, then work with stakeholders (this is the scope of work talked about - liaison between IT and the business - managing and getting the things done)
Managing the project, moving as it should, understanding and pushing along updates that should be done
Ability to lead autonomously
