The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and recommend strategic solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams
Analyze and map current vs. future state processes
Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, development, QA, and operations
Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and deployment activities
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interviews
Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle
