Comments for Approver(s):Reason - Implement Case to Complaint on Salesforce with Compliance Quest team.
Interview - 30 minutes, 1 to 2 conversations
Top 3 must-have HARD skills:
Salesforce Service Cloud configurations
Base customization (Record types, objects, page layouts, macros, flows, reports and dashboards, etc.), security models, lightning framework, apps, and consoles
Understand requirements from stakeholders and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Experience working with integrations and managed packages.
Good to have skills:
Salesforce AI or AgentForce
