Our company is seeking an experienced and dedicated NPD Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing innovative products for the construction industry. This role involves working closely with our research and development team to design and implement new products, focusing specifically on electrical systems, switch gear, and high voltage applications. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and product management.

Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
3. Proven experience with electrical systems, switch gear, and high voltage applications.
4. Strong knowledge of IEEE standards and their application in product development.
5. Demonstrated experience in mechanical design and product management.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
9. Proficiency in relevant software, including CAD and other design tools.
10. A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field, through ongoing professional development and learning.
