Job Details
Role: Healthcare Data Analyst (Medicaid/Medicare, Dental)
Location: Okemos, MI (Onsite/ Hybrid)
Duration: Long term
Must-Have Qualifications
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
- Proficiency with DBT for data modeling, testing, and pipeline documentation
- Expertise in Tableau for creating scalable dashboards tailored to clinical and executive users
- Experience working with Medicaid/Medicare dental data (e.g., CDT codes, utilization metrics)
- Familiarity with healthcare claims structures and dental benefit terminology
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills in cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with benefit design analysis or dental claims optimization
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows
- Basic Python skills for data manipulation or machine learning support
