Role Title: Contingent Workforce Program Specialist

Location: Santa Clara, CA, 95054

Duration: 6+ months contract

Job Description:

  • The Contingent Workforce Specialist is a key role within the Talent Acquisition/HR organization.
  • The Contingent Workforce Specialist will focus on supporting day to day operations of the program, including onboarding, offboarding, and extensions.
  • Support the end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle.
  • You will act as a liaison for hiring manager inquiries related to contingent workers, and provide guidance on policies and guidelines.
  • Drive operational excellence for users of the contingent workforce program.
  • Monitor processes for data accuracy and facilitate process adoption across the business.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are being met.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with team members across various organizational functions.
  • Preform other tasks as assigned to support the contingent workforce program.

Required Skills:

  • Previous Contingent Workforce program experience and/or MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Skilled in identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Advanced data analysis skills.
  • Strong systems navigational skills.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Required Years of Experience:

Minimum 5 years experience with previous Contingent Workforce program experience and/or MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with VMS platforms
  • Process improvement experience
  • HR Operations experience is a plus
  • Workday experience is a plus
