Role Title: Contingent Workforce Program Specialist
Location: Santa Clara, CA, 95054
Duration: 6+ months contract
Job Description:
- The Contingent Workforce Specialist is a key role within the Talent Acquisition/HR organization.
- The Contingent Workforce Specialist will focus on supporting day to day operations of the program, including onboarding, offboarding, and extensions.
- Support the end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle.
- You will act as a liaison for hiring manager inquiries related to contingent workers, and provide guidance on policies and guidelines.
- Drive operational excellence for users of the contingent workforce program.
- Monitor processes for data accuracy and facilitate process adoption across the business.
- Ensure compliance requirements are being met.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate and build relationships with team members across various organizational functions.
- Preform other tasks as assigned to support the contingent workforce program.
Required Skills:
- Previous Contingent Workforce program experience and/or MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Skilled in identifying and addressing challenges.
- Excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
- Advanced data analysis skills.
- Strong systems navigational skills.
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Required Years of Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience with previous Contingent Workforce program experience and/or MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with VMS platforms
- Process improvement experience
- HR Operations experience is a plus
- Workday experience is a plus
