Job Description:

Hybrid Agile Coach

Duration: At least 12 months

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite - Tuesday and Wednesday are the mandatory days)

Project Background and Details:
  • Supporting multiple product teams.
  • Specific teams and the number of teams will depend on which product group they are supporting
  • Teams have been established with multiple sub-teams within each.
  • They will focus on maintaining new ways of working and providing re training.
  • Working within the Data Enterprise Platform (tech area) and supporting Customer, Gas, and HR teams.
  • Initial three-month period to launch teams, aiming for 10 teams by the end of this timeframe.

Background:
  • Experience with Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
  • Scrum is used within teams, while SAFe is the overarching methodology.
  • Involvement in QP events, refining objectives and key results, and PI planning.

Certifications:
  • SAFe and Scrum certifications are required.
  • Coaching-related certifications are a plus.

Required Skills & Technologies (Must-Haves):
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Experience with multiple teams is a must.
  • Familiarity with new work intake processes.
  • Integration with ServiceNow (ServiceNow experience is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves):
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong facilitation abilities.
  • Effective collaboration.
  • Proficient in documentation.
  • Experience with assessments and maturity assessments.
