Duration: 3 Months Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent Compliance Officer to manage paperwork and registration processes for SAM.GOV and MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) Certification. The successful candidate will ensure our company's compliance with regulatory standards and facilitate our participation in government contracts and MBE programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete paperwork and documentation for SAM.GOV registration and MBE Certification accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with registration and certification requirements.
  • Liaise with government agencies and certification bodies to facilitate the submission process and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay updated on changes to regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to SAM.GOV and MBE Certification.
  • Develop and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues regarding compliance matters and certification requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent the company in meetings and discussions related to compliance and certification processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in compliance management, with a focus on SAM.GOV registration and MBE Certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to SAM.GOV and MBE Certification.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used for compliance management and documentation.
